We are once again thrilled to welcome back our OM (Original Monger) Sara Adduci for a special seminar! The American Cheese Society will be descending on RVA for their annual conference at the end of the month and we wanted to join the party, so we’re doing a class focusing on some of the most exciting farmstead cheeses coming out of the States right now, as paired with Italian wines selected by owner/wine director Julia Battaglini. There will be ample discussion of history and evolution of American cheesemaking, wine pairing tips, and a fair amount of Italian-American smack talk :)
