We’re getting the band back together! Mark your calendars because Secco alum Sara Adduci is returning to RVA to teach a class with our wine director Julia!
After falling hard and fast for an extra aged gouda in 2004, Sara Adduci started working in a cheese shop to support her addiction and has never looked back. She has called River City Cellars, Secco Wine Bar, & Feast! Charlottesville home over the years. She also claims three Finalist awards at the NYC Cheese Monger Invitational (basically the Olympics of cheese). A self-proclaimed cheese nerd, she loves to share her extensive knowledge and passion for all things curd with any and all who will listen. When she is not obsessing about cheese, she is an avid wine enthusiast, home cook, and daily photographer of the tiny precious things that catch her eye. Follow her on Instagram @adducitrice.
