Sara Adduci—alum of Charlottesville's Feast! and resident curd nerd at Secco, is once again sharing her amazing knowledge (and travels) with another Epic Cheese Class. 

"Raw & Uncensored!" tours the wild side of dairy featuring raw milk cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, the US and more. Sara recently returned from her stint at the 2019 Slow Foods International cheese show in Piedmont, Italy where she rubbed elbows with some amazing mongers from all over the world. It’ll be hard to sum up a week’s education in an hour and a half but we’ll try. Sara will discuss raw milk history, production, and hurdles while attendees sample the wares paired with owner/wine director Julia Battaglini’s wine pairings. Don’t worry, there will be a salad and accoutrements to keep us all honest.
