Basically vermouth and vermouth-like wines that don't contain wormwood. ) And we have the two best folks on the east coast to do it: Sara Adduci of FEAST! and Jake Parrott of Haus Alpenz. From Virginian chevre and Corsican white to Basque brebis and Spanish red to Dutch Gouda and Bonal, we've got your pairings covered. Think of it as a masterclass in "aperitivo hour"  you can easily recreate at home. This is a longer format, daytime class, so you can really focus and ask lots of questions of our expert panel.
