In this installment of our Wine 101 series, we focus on the seemingly overwhelming world of wine and food pairing, breaking it down to its components in order to understand basic principles that can be applied anytime. With the help of our culinary team Chef Julie Heins and Sous Chef Aaron Long, along with our good friend and Certified Sommelier Meghan Vandette--who also has a culinary degree--we'll have you pairing like a pro in no time!
