Sara Adduci of Charlottesville’s Feast!, and former Secco/River City Cellars Alum & Julia Battaglini of Secco Wine Bar are back together again for another Epic Cheese Class.  

“Raw & Uncensored!” tours the wild side of dairy featuring raw milk cheeses from France, Italy, Spain, Virginia and more.  Sara recently returned from her stint at the 2015 Cheesemonger Invitational in New York City where she placed in the the top ten competing with the best curd nerds from all over the US!

Julia is a proud graduate of Murray's inaugural Cheese Boot Camp and veteran proselytizer of all things fermented. Together they’re a powerful duo of potty-mouthed, hard-drinking, cheese-cutting fiends. $45 per person, inclusive of cheese and wine pairings.
